Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking well in advance to guarantee availability, especially in high season. Places are limited and sell out fast.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather isn't safe for the activity, we'll reschedule it or give you a full refund. Your safety comes first.
Where are we?
We have two locations in Cabo de Palos: our office at Calle Amoladeras 13 and our centre in Cala Reona. Please note that the sea scooter snorkel tour leaves from a different spot. Always check your confirmation email to know exactly where to go.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
All sales are final. For organisational reasons, bookings cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed, except in case of adverse weather or if the minimum number of participants isn't reached: in those cases, we'll reschedule the activity or refund you. If you have any questions before booking, don't hesitate to contact us.
